Started business in 1979, as Digital Design Consultants, by two founding partners, developing the advanced PPT2010 programmable process controller for a leading automation company.

QSDM incorporated in 1984, with additional partners.

Presently owned and managed by the original founders, QSDM is a 100% privately held Canadian company.

With a solid background in full electronics manufacturing services (EMS), management at QSDM has fostered a quality-first, customer-focused approach to the business.

From day one, the focus has been on low/med volume specialized products.

Agility, Flexibility and the ability to offer a range of engineering support services are our strengths.

	Quality Standards J-STD-001GS (Space Addendum) Assembly and inspection performed to Class II or III per contract requirements. On-going operator training program implemented 1Q ’98 managed by in house trainer. Member of IPC since 1996.

Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

QSDM is registered under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).

The CGP is a Security Program that controls the examination, possession and transfer of Controlled Goods, as defined in the Export Control List. Canadian and U.S. companies doing business with QSDM concerning Controlled Goods, or ITARs-related matters may quote our CGP Registration Number when required to do so.
